how to prepare tea
The following is a great mix for ulcers/indigestion
cabbage juice (using a juicer to extract juice of 1/2 cabbage ,1/2 apple ,piece of ginger,drink immediately,no heat.)
I had a bad stomach problem ,I started getting very weak because my stomach was really in a bad condition and I could not absorb the nutrients from the foods I ate. I kept going to the doctors and only got temporary help.
I started juicing the cabbage formula and took pancreatic enzymes from the health store after each meal. I had to start eating more natural food ,like fruits,vegetable and nuts of course (these food provide natural enzymes which are depleted from the body when we consume too much processed and fatty foods.
I no longer go the the doctor for stomach issues.
